PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Patterned aluminum plate is often used in aerospace, mold processing, mechanical equipment, fixtures; especially for aircraft manufacturing structures and other high-stress structures that require high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

The main alloying element of 7050 aluminum sheet is zinc. Adding magnesium to the alloy containing 3%-75% zinc can form MgZn2 with significant strengthening effect, which makes the heat treatment effect of the alloy far better than that of aluminum-zinc binary alloy. It is used in aircraft manufacturing structures and other high-stress structures that require high strength and strong corrosion resistance.

Patterned aluminum plate mainly contains zinc element. It also belongs to the aviation series. It is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy, a heat-treatable alloy, and a superhard aluminum alloy with good wear resistance. The Patterned aluminum plate is stress-relieved and will not deform or warp after processing. All super-large and super-thick The high-quality 7075 aluminum plates are all ultrasonically detected to ensure that there are no blisters and impurities. The 7075 aluminum plates have high thermal conductivity, which can shorten the forming time and improve work efficiency.
